As a part of Wolf Laurel, The Preserve provides access to a wide range of amenities including dining, golf and a wellness center at the Wolf Laurel Country Club. Access to swimming, tennis, a community activity center, horseback riding, skiing and The Buck House Inn, one of the highest rated Bed & Breakfasts in the nation, are also available to residents. The preserve is also a High-Speed Fiber Optic Conservation Community. While all of these amenities are there for your enjoyment, The Preserve is unique in that they are not maintained by the homeowners association within The Preserve. You choose the activities that best suit your lifestyle and participate accordingly. For memberships in private clubs, such as the Wolf Laurel Country Club, all residents of The Preserve may join at their discretion. Access to the Pisgah National Forest

The covered, open-air Pavilion and stone fireplace located in the heart of The Preserve provides a beautiful space for friends and family to gather and enjoy the great outdoors.

Activities adjacent to The Preserve include access to the Appalachian Trail, The Pisgah National Forest, and a 700-acre Land Trust with a master-planned trail system that offers hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and horseback riding. Within the community are hiking and biking trails, as well as UTV trails that are limited to residents of The Preserve.
